Spitfire Property

Spitfire Property was established in 2018 and specialises in the development of industrial floorspace. We have delivered "Grade A" accommodation ranging from 10,000 sq ft up to 37,000 sq ft. Our aim to continue our growth trajectory and create much needed floorspace for small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs)

Spitfire Property benefits from a decade of agency experience providing professional advice within the commercial property sector. Our aim is to provide personal and professional advice to our clients in relation to the asset management, acquisition and disposal of commercial property.

The Team

BEN LAMONT

Ben Lamont is a chartered surveyor who spent eight and a half successful years at a regional chartered surveyor firm in the North West.

Ben has over 10 years experience in the commercial property sector and specialises in residential land sales and acquisitions, single and multi- let investment acquisitions/ disposals and portfolio asset management.

The development arm of Spitfire Property was established following a successful joint venture which facilitated a 20,000 sq ft pre-let industrial unit being developed near his home town. Following this, Ben saw an opportunity for further small scale industrial development in the region

Away from work, Ben loves all things sport and water related.

Ben also takes great pride in his charity work and with his friends has raised over £200,000. Events have included the London Marathon, a 120 mile triathlon, a concert and a row across the Irish sea.
