Spitfire Property

Spitfire Property was established in 2018 and specialises in the development of industrial floorspace. We have delivered "Grade A" accommodation ranging from 10,000 sq ft up to 37,000 sq ft. Our aim to continue our growth trajectory and create much needed floorspace for small-medium sized enterprises (SMEs)

Spitfire Property also benefits from nearly a decade of agency experience providing professional advice on commercial property. Our aim is to provide personal and professional advice to clients in relation to their commercial property.

The Team

BEN LAMONT

Ben Lamont is a chartered surveyor who spent eight and a half successful years at Legat Owen based in Chester. Ben worked within the business space team focussing on residential development schemes and industrial lettings, sales and investments.

The development arm of Spitfire Property was established following a successful joint venture in Crewe which saw a 20,000 sq ft unit built with a pre-let to MKM builders merchants.

Away from work, Ben loves all things sport and water related.

Ben also takes great pride in his charity work and with his friends has raised over £200,000. Events have included the London Marathon, a 120 mile triathlon, a concert and a row across the Irish sea.
