Unit 1A/B Cheshire Green Industrial Estate

The development comprised two semi-detached industrial units extending to a total of 35,000 sq ft Unit 1A extended to 23,000 sq ft and benefited from an extensive office fit out which was designed in accordance with the end users requirements.

The unit was sold upon practical completion to Unette Packaging Ltd who specialise in the production of bespoke packaging solutions for consumers.

Unit 1B extended to 12,000 sq ft and was built to a shell specification and sold upon practical completion to a private pension fund.
